My story
Hi, I'm Gladys.
I'm passionate about making Artificial Intelligence simple, practical, and accessible for everyday people.
Like many people, I watched AI explode onto the world stage and realised something important: thousands of capable people were being left behind—not because they weren't intelligent, but because nobody was teaching AI in a way that felt safe, practical, and easy to understand.
That's why I created Gladys AI.
My mission is simple: to help people save time, reduce stress, work smarter, and build confidence using AI—without the confusing jargon or technical overwhelm.
Whether you're a small business owner, a professional, a community organisation, or someone simply curious about AI, I believe anyone can learn to use these powerful tools with the right guidance.
My background
I bring together over 15 years of Local Government experience with a strong foundation in education, health, business, and professional training.
Throughout my career I've worked closely with businesses, professionals, and local communities, helping people solve real-world problems through practical education and continuous learning.
Today, I combine that experience with the latest AI technology to deliver workshops, presentations, and hands-on training that people can immediately apply at work and in everyday life.
Why I do this
Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than seeing someone who started a workshop saying, “I'm not good with technology,” finish the session confidently using AI to save hours of work.
I've seen AI help people become more productive, more creative, and more confident in their careers. I believe everyone deserves that opportunity.
That's why I'm committed to helping individuals, businesses, and communities embrace AI with confidence, responsibility, and purpose.
