It collects aggregated, anonymous information such as pages viewed, approximate country, device type and referring website.

We also record a short, non-identifying label describing how a visitor reached a workshop page (for example, a link shared on LinkedIn, in an email or via a printed QR code), together with anonymous milestones in the workshop booking process, including when a booking is completed. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details or any other personal identifiers to our analytics provider, and the information collected cannot be used to identify you.

Information security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Our systems are designed so sensitive operational information and customer records are not unnecessarily exposed through the public website.
