About Gladys AI

Gladys AI provides practical AI education, workshops, training and related services and is operated by Gladys Nyashanu, trading through the registered business name Quakka Clicks, Australia.

Workshop bookings

A workshop place is confirmed after required registration information is submitted, payment is successfully completed and Gladys AI confirms the booking.

Places may be limited and are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address for confirmations, joining instructions and important communications.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Where indicated, prices include GST.

AI Made Simple™ Live is currently AUD $47 including GST.

Payment is processed through Stripe. A paid place is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Online delivery

Online workshops are generally delivered using Zoom or another suitable online platform.

Participants are responsible for a suitable internet connection, compatible device and working audio where required.

Joining instructions are sent to the registered email address.

Educational information

Gladys AI workshops and resources provide general educational and informational content.

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate outputs. Participants remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated material and deciding whether and how to use it.

Gladys AI education does not replace legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice.

Responsible AI use

Participants are encouraged to use AI responsibly and should avoid entering confidential, sensitive, personal or commercially restricted information into AI systems unless authorised and aware of the privacy/security implications.

Participants remain responsible for applicable employer policies, professional obligations and laws.

Workshop recordings

If a workshop will be recorded in a way that may capture participant names, voices, images or contributions, participants will be informed where appropriate.

Participants must not record, reproduce or distribute Gladys AI workshops without prior permission.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Gladys AI owns or is authorised to use its original workshop materials, presentations, workbooks, prompt guides, templates and educational resources.

Workshop purchase provides a personal licence to use supplied materials for the participant's own learning and internal purposes.

Materials must not be commercially redistributed, sold, sublicensed, publicly uploaded, represented as another person's work or substantially copied to create competing training products without permission.

Participants may freely apply skills, methods and knowledge learned in their own work.

Third-party services

Gladys AI may demonstrate or refer to third-party AI tools, software and services. Those services are independently operated and may have their own terms, privacy practices, pricing and availability.

Results

Gladys AI aims to provide practical, high-quality education, but individual outcomes vary. We do not guarantee particular business, financial, employment or productivity results.

This does not exclude rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

Respectful participation

Gladys AI aims to provide a welcoming and respectful learning environment. Participants may be asked to leave where behaviour is seriously disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, threatening or compromises others' reasonable participation or safety.

Australian Consumer Law

Services come with rights and guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the Gladys AI Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by laws applicable in Western Australia, Australia, subject to applicable Australian consumer rights and protections.
